Our Smart Buildings Partner Management team is seeking a Marketing Communications Professional to help us drive an exciting transformation of our Channel Sales Partners.
You will help professionalize and elevate our Partner Management programs—particularly within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Office (AEC) Office. As the “megaphone” for Siemens’ third-party channels in the U.S., you’ll drive partner awareness, perception, and preference for the Siemens brand through targeted communications that deliver measurable impact.

Solution Partners Independent Field Offices (IFO) Distributors (Resellers) OEMThis is a hybrid role reporting into our Buffalo Grove IL office.
You will make an impact as you:
Develop, implement, and measure communications plan based on the go-to market strategy and the portfolio roadmap Manage and maintain email contact lists to be used for Partner Communications Implement and manage the communication channels necessary to keep Partners and the construction tier group informed on operations, product updates, events, and rewards program updates which can include (but not limited to): One-time emails to push time-sensitive updates such as price notifications, supply chain updates, policy updates, and leadership news Periodic/scheduled communications such as e-newsletters and webinars to communicate aggregated updates about products, services, tools, etc. Thought leadership and new product webinars Periodic program communications – formal touch points to engender greater value/dedication to Siemens related to the Partner Rewards program and promotions Event communications as applicable for partner summits (emails, signage, videos, etc.) Build and deploy Partner enablement materials (webpage templates, online banners, social media, etc.) while working with US Partner Management Team and Marketing Team Secure and produce Partner case studies Develop and deploy communication strategy to support Partner prospecting objectives including Salesforce lead routing specific to new Partner inquiries Maintain Siemens’ US Partner network website on usa.siemens.com Support USA Partner spots on Highspot Manage a contact calendar to understand all communications addressing Partners throughout the year across all scheduled campaigns and tactics throughout Siemens Smart Infrastructure Manage communications for Partner welcome/onboarding messaging, anniversaries, and achievements, and for certification training completion kits to ensure consistent voice and tone used in building the relationship with Siemens Manages distributor toolsYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications or business 7+ years successfully performing the planning, directing, and executing of communications to various partners Demonstrated strong communication skills with a proven ability to research, analyze, plan, and complete tasks in the areas of message development, campaign creation to drive demand, employee communications, managing meetings, and measuring communications efficiency Experience with social media tools, digital marketing, and communications platforms Excellent written and oral communication skills in English while communicating through all levels of the organization Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to travel 10-15% as needed Legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualification:
