This position requires collaboration with both sales and marketing teams to stimulate sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, working alongside cross-functional teams, and undertaking occasional travel throughout Europe. \#LI-AG1 **Job Responsibilities** + Understand customer journeys and execute marketing communication activities in the French-speaking territory, particularly France + Implement push and pull marketing activities aligned across Europe:- Manage activities that drive effective partner engagement and co-marketing efforts- Project manage exhibitions, events, seminars, and conferences, handling all stages from scoping to executio + Analyze and communicate marketing performance data to a variety of stakeholders + Global and regional marketing alignment to meet local market needs. Including but not limited to:- Ensure regional relevance in global MarCom projects- Translation of marcom material like brochures, web, newsletters- Localization of material for relevance- Create and send newsletters (journeys) and post + Manage budgets and ensure complianc Job Scope: + Focus on sales growth in France and the French-speaking region + Report to the Head of Regional Marketing Communications for Western Europe and DACH + Collaborate with regional and global marketing and sales teams to ensure sales growth + Team up with specialists in global marketing team to ensure state of the art marketing level + Expect 10-20 travel days annually to support selected activities across Europe **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
