Marketing Communications Manager

**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
**Qualifications:**
• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Marketing Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
• Proficient with marketing-related software programs and platforms.
• Excellent time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
• Outstanding design skills, with hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator (CS), Photoshop, and Canva.
• Proven experience in Social Media Management, including content creation, scheduling, performance tracking, and audience engagement.
• Social Media expert
• Able to drive a tailored and agile marketing strategy.
• Bilingual Preferably
