Marketing & Communications Manager
The Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and overseeing a clearly defined integrated marketing strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth, builds brand equity, differentiation and awareness and is in congruence with the Regional Brand, Marketing and Communications Strategy. The Marketing & Communications Manager will drive the Company’s efforts to position itself as a market leader, achieve its revenue growth and build a high-performance team. The Marketing Manager will take business strategy and translate it into customer communications across all touchpoints. The role includes responsibility for leading external communications and public relations efforts, ensuring the company maintains a strong, positive reputation in the market. This includes building relationships with media, handling press inquiries, developing PR campaigns, and managing crisis communications when necessary. + Develop compelling storytelling across marketing, communications, and PR channels - ensuring that employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders all experience a unified brand voice. + 360 Campaigns based on centrally developed campaign toolkits: including executions for media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms. + S/he is commercially focused on delivering marketing programmes to drive Fixed or Mobile market share and revenue objectives and is focused on creating and implementing local tactical responses to competitive activity in market. + The role will also collaborate with sales, commercial and communications teams to provide the most compelling propositions and enhance brand positioning in market. + Consumer insight acumen, marketing skills and digital competencies are critical. + Bring company and commercial initiatives to life both Internally to employees but also externally to consumers and stakeholders. + Develop end to end B2C & B2B marketing executions across cross functional teams including Advertising, brand communications and digital execution to ensure efficient and effective customer journey. + collaborate with the commercial team to ensure we have the right CVP, promotion and media pressure to achieve our business results. + Implement the consumer marketing activities through end-to-end campaigns in all available channels + Manage promotional collateral and activities that support sales initiatives. + Demonstrate clear understanding of the Fixed/Mobile/ budget, objectives and commercial targets. + Prepare and manage budget and allocation against commercial objectives and targets. + Monitor competitive activity, providing feedback and pro-active suggestions to in-country Sales and Service teams as well as Commercial team. + Collaborate with digital strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs. + Drive post campaign implementation reviews to enable analysis of “lessons learnt” for future planning. + Work with central and local advertising agency partners to develop and execute advertising in support of annual marketing plan. + Work with Central Marketing Strategy team to execute campaign toolkits in a way that’s meaningful and relevant for local market. + Develop annual sponsorship plan and execute E2E activations to support that strategy for B2B and B2C + Support the internal and corporate communications strategy with on the ground execution of press releases and briefings and other external communications related activities. + Support the people team with communication materials for internal engagement campaigns. + Serve as the primary point of contact for public relations, including managing press relationships, crafting key messages, and driving external media strategies aligned with brand reputation goals. + Lead crisis communications planning and response, ensuring timely and consistent messaging in high-impact situations. + Bachelors' degree in Management, Marketing or other related field required; an advanced degree will be an asset. + 7-10 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Marketing. Experience in Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus. + Experience in digital marketing and will be an asset + Demonstrated experience in developing customer + Engagement programs that contribute to positive brand perception + Ability to speak, read and write Papiamento + Bachelors' degree in Management, Marketing or other related field required; an advanced degree will be an asset. + 7-10 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Marketing.
