Marketing Communications - Executive
Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Executive to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing marketing strategies for life insurance and disability income products. This hybrid position will require collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to life insurance and disability income insurance products. • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and web platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. • Produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative marketing solutions. • Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy and professionalism. • Manage relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders to drive strategic objectives. • Support the implementation of ad hoc financial processes related to marketing initiatives. Requirements • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within life insurance and disability income insurance. • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including print and digital platforms. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders in a matrixed organization. • Expertise in project management, including planning and coordinating complex initiatives. • Proficiency in creating and editing marketing materials, with keen attention to detail. • Familiarity with budget processes and expense reporting for marketing campaigns. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of life insurance products, disability claims, and related marketing strategies.
