Job DescriptionAssist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with consumers through various online and offline platforms, including third party channels – i.e. travel agencies, media, etc.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Works with the resort and corporate team to plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on various platforms, including but not limited to strategized marketing and PR campaigns, award submissions and advertorials.Works with department stakeholders to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for media and marketing distribution, which enlightens audiences and promotes brand-focused messages.Works with department stakeholders to develop press release and marketing campaign timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.Evaluate press familiarisation requests and coordinate with the team for preparation of media stays, which include request submission, itinerary, and hosting when guests are in-house.Manage app content and updates and maximize app as a sustainably driven marketing tool.Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.Analyse marketing data and reports for company products and competitors.Manage and achieve agreed performance KPIs for assigned roles. Assist with quarterly reviews and annual budget preparations.Develop and maintain a close working relationship with CSO, GSO and affiliated representative partners.Participate and contribute to weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings to identify occupancy gaps, and activate action plans and strategies to drive the business.Provide support and guidance to/within the micro sales team.Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned which may not be related to commercial activities but are related to managerial assignment for the overall running of the hotel.QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferablePrior work experience in managing marketing, communications, Press, for the company and activities within the marketing departmentStrong command of the English language both written and spokenExperience in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Lightroom,Photoshop.
