Danfoss is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth in Korea.

What You’ll Be Doing Plan and execute marketing communication campaigns to enhance Danfoss Climate Solutions visibility. Collaborate with regional teams to deliver impactful digital and traditional marcom activities. Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including events, digital campaigns, and customer programs. Localize global strategies into effective local actions with a strong digital-first mindset. Manage marketing budgets and ensure accurate performance tracking. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications (B2B preferred). Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marcom. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (translation ability required). Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organization. What You'll Get from Us
