Job DescriptionBrand and Strategy AlignmentUnderstand the business strategy, positioning, and target markets of Avani+ Fares Maldives and support the implementation of brand standards across all communication channels.Ensure all marketing and communication initiatives align with brand guidelines and corporate direction.Liaise with Minor Corporate Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistency in messaging, campaigns, and visual identity.Work closely with Sales, Revenue, E-Commerce, and Operations teams to ensure unified brand storytelling.Marketing Campaign Planning & ExecutionAssist the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal, tactical, and brand campaigns.Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, assets, approvals, and roll-outs across digital and offline channels.Ensure campaigns are accurately implemented across all relevant touchpoints.Support campaign tracking and prepare post-campaign summaries and performance overviews.Social Media ManagementLead day-to-day management of the resort’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, providing recommendations to enhance engagement and brand visibility.Respond promptly to guest comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional communication.Assist with writing creative captions, and messaging for posts, campaigns, and promotions.Streamline the posting of materials provided by the Content Creator, ensuring consistency in scheduling, format, and branding.Support tracking social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.Content Creation and ProductionWork closely with the Content Creator to align content production with marketing campaigns, promotions, and commercial priorities.Coordinate content calendars, launches, and key resort moments to ensure timely deployment across channels.Review and coordinate the use of content across platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Communications & PR SupportSupport external communications, including press releases, media updates, and resort announcements, in coordination with corporate PR teams.Assist with the coordination of media, influencer, and partner visits, including preparation of materials and on-site support.Ensure key resort messages are communicated clearly and consistently.Maintain updated media, influencer, and partner contact lists.Digital & Channel CoordinationCoordinate with the Content Creator and E-Commerce team to ensure campaigns and promotions are accurately reflected across digital channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and OTAs.Ensure resort descriptions, visuals, and information across partner platforms and sales channels are accurate and up to date.Support email marketing and digital promotions when required.Collateral & Asset ManagementCoordinate the development, updating, and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, fact sheets, presentations, and sales tools.Ensure all collaterals follow brand guidelines and approval processes.Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and documents on shared platforms (MHZone, Dropbox, etc.).Support internal departments with approved marketing materials as required.Analytics, Reporting & Market InsightsTrack and compile marketing performance data across campaigns and channels.Support to prepare monthly and ad-hoc marketing reports and presentations.Support competitor benchmarking and market analysis across digital channels, campaigns, and positioning.Assist in gathering insights from OTAs, reviews, and guest feedback to inform marketing strategies.Internal Communications Support internal communication initiatives to ensure teams are informed of campaigns, promotions, and key marketing activities.Assist in maintaining internal communication tools such as IPTV messaging, digital screens, internal posters, and notices.Coordinate internal messaging to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and operational delivery.Tools and Technology ProficiencyMaintain working knowledge of marketing and sales tools, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, PMS platforms, OTAs, and internal reporting tools.Ensure marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and data protection standards.Support marketing budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation when assigned.Team Collaboration and AdministrationAssist and support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations, planning, and reporting.Act as a coordination point between Marketing, Content, Sales, Revenue, Operations, Corporate teams, and external partners.Ensure all marketing-related administrative tasks, approvals, documentation, and records are completed accurately and on time.Maintain organised records of campaigns, assets, contracts, and communications.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the marketing function.Ensure that all administration tasks assigned is processed quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (hospitality or resort experience preferred)Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content planning.
