Marketing & Communication Executive

Overall Role Purpose:
Work closely with Senior Manager, Head of Marketing Communication, to drive strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing communication initiatives, including direct marketing, promotional campaigns, CRM, advertising, events, and strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
Planning, implementing, and monitoring CRM strategies and promotional campaigns leveraging data analytics to boost customer activation, retention, strengthen loyalty, and achieve financial targets.Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate and report on the performance of promotional and marketing initiatives, measuring ROI, audience engagement, and lead generation against established objectives, while continuously optimizing strategies for greater effectiveness and informed decision-making Contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives, such as personalization, marketing automation, and predictive analytics. Manage projects and leverage customer insights to design and deliver impactful customer events and strategic partnerships that boost engagement and drive lead generation. Propose innovative digital media solutions, creative assets, and content strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution. Create, maintain, and update both digital and physical marketing assets to ensure customer-centric design and alignment with brand guidelines. Oversee the development, sourcing, and distribution of corporate and sales collateral, POS materials, and branded merchandise, while managing inventory effectively. Collaborate with agencies, strategic partners, and internal teams to ensure all activities are delivered on schedule and meet defined objectives and requirements.Support planning, budgeting, and preparation of monthly marketing financial reports Enhance brand experience by maintaining consistency in the deployment of DHL’s brand identity across all touchpoints. Stay updated on emerging digital trends, AI applications, and marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, promotion campaign, Customer Relation Management (CRM), digital marketing. Strong command of English (written & spoken). Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Proficiency in data analytics tools; Power BI, Tableau or similar. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms; Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, and adept at working independently or collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
