Marketing Automation Specialist   Do you dream of having an exciting role in Marketing, where your work has a real impact on the future of our youth? EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Specialist and take our programs to the next level.Join a dynamic and fun team that transforms lives every day through an exceptional international educational experience!  Our sales team in Polanco is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist who will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns through the implementation and optimization of automated communication flows to maximize conversion and enhance the customer experience across the journey.   Your main responsibilities are:  Manage marketing automation platforms and multi-channel workflows (email, WhatsApp, SMS) for all our segments.  Build and optimize landing pages focused on lead capture and conversion.  Design, run and analyze A/B test experiments to improve campaign results Monitor performance KPIs (open rates, conversion rates, engagement, bookings) and generate actionable insights.  Collaborate with Marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent customer experiences Personalize customer journeys and content across marketing platforms and channels according to seasonality, promotions, segments, life stages and EF events.  Research and propose new tools, features and strategies.  Create reports and dashboards to present results, follow ups and insights. Monitor weekly and monthly customer touchpoints (storytelling, frequency, response)  Requirements:               Ability to design, execute and maintain complex workflows Experience managing and optimizing landing pages  Strong analytical skills to track daily and weekly KPIs  Experience in creating, measuring and optimizing email and messaging campaigns with strong focus on conversion metrics (Leads – MQL – SQL- Booking) Solid skills in data base management and data hygiene: cleaning lists, duplication, enriching records and ensuring GDPR compliance Ability to work with basic programming scripting languages (SQL, Python or JavaScript) Experience Excel/ Google Sheets macros and automation to streamline reporting and data workflows Intermediate to advance English to collaborate with global teams    Why you will love working with us: More than just a job, we offer a lifestyle.
