ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a talented, motivated Product Manager to develop high impact marketing products that automate our 3P partner marketing execution and measurement. In this role, you are accountable for driving the overall vision and execution for a large organizational goal focused on lowering our cost to serve. You are able to set best-in-class vision, and work backwards to develop the right UX, automation, and optimization mechanisms. This role will manage both external and internal product teams on builds, collaborate with internal business teams on prioritization, integrations, and asset management. You will be required to Leverage automation to improve marketing efficiency, reduce manual efforts across different stages of partner marketing, and enhance partner marketing experience. This role will directly influence the growth and efficiency of our partner marketing execution, driving innovation in how we engage with partners through marketing technology.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a thirst for understanding pain points in workflows and will know how to translate business needs into product solutions. They will know how to drive roadmaps, prioritization, and streamline builds and deliveries where possible. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for data analytics, project management skills, with proven ability to collaborate cross functionally on project delivery, vendor management and analytics integration.
To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. You should also be able to influence without direct authority and excel in operational execution with strong problem-solving skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead Marketing measurement automation end-to-end for 3P and 1P marketing channels.
- Complete product ownership of Creative Management tools, workflows, administration, and permissions.
- Responsible for driving adoption on automation products.
- Drive product planning through detailed roadmaps and milestone tracking.
- Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders and internal partners.
- Partner with growth managers globally to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality.
- Compile and analyze product/tool usage data, providing reports to leadership and marketing teams.
