Youll Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AgentForce.Youll pre-build and prototype Salesforce solutions to align with business goals. Youd do solution design and implement Salesforce data models, including roles, data sharing rules, following Salesforce best practices, developing a scalable, re-usable, highly efficient solution design. Drive the creation of complex solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Oversee solution development and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, experience cloud, and other Salesforce products and ecosystem. Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering, computer applications, To thrive in this role, you have experience in implementing and maintaining cloud-based Salesforce CRM solutions (Service Cloud) with hands-on involvement in creating and executing successful strategies to deliver products to market in an Agile environment. You are skilled at breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact.
