We are seeking a Marketing Technology Delivery Lead, to head our India-based team responsible for managing global marketing technology platforms. This role owns end-to-end delivery and platform oversight across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AdTech, MarTech integrations and other Marketing Automation platforms. Youll lead a team of Martech and AdTech developers, and work closely with U.S. based technology and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions. Platform Delivery & Ownership: Own delivery, performance, reliability and scalability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DataCloud and other Martech platforms and integrations. Oversee management and governance of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and harmonization workflows. Support marketing automation platforms including Eloqua and Workfront Support Ad Tech Platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Integration to Paid Media Platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, CM360 and Google Marketing Platform Support data integration platforms including Databricks and Snaplogic Leadership & Team Management: Act as primary point of contact for business interactions, issue resolution, and roadmap execution. Lead and manage the India-based Martech and AdTech teams - Set clear direction, provide hands-on mentorship, and create a high-performance culture focused on ownership and accountability. Develop team members into subject matter experts capable of independently delivering solutions and engaging with global stakeholders Foster professional growth through skill development, cross-training, and exposure to business use cases. Stakeholder Management & Delivery: Act as primary point of contact for business interactions, issue resolution, and roadmap execution Collaborate with global marketing tech and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, QA, and timely delivery across multiple projects Drive platform governance, data security, and documentation standards Support use case development and activation strategies using Data Cloud insights Track delivery metrics, identify risks, and ensure continuous improvement across teams ##LI-DNI

10+ years in marketing technology roles, with atleast 2+ years in delivery or people leadership. Salesforce Marketing Cloud:Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (automation, data, API, platform architecture), Deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and AMPscript/SSJS Salesforce Data Cloud: Strong understanding of data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows. Support use case development and activation strategies using Data Cloud insights Marketign Automation: Hands-on experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, or similar enterprise tools APIs & Integration: Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms AdTech Stack: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), CM360, and paid media platform integrations (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) Proven ability to lead technical solutioning and manage cross-functional delivery Strong stakeholder management and communication across time zones Ability to build high-performing, accountable teams with ownership mindset Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) / Google Analytics 4 Certification Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACP
