Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand stewardship and lead the development of distinctive communication concepts and content that strengthen JLL's positioning in the market. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring proven experience in project coordination, strong autonomy in project management, and the ability to conceptualize and deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in both operational and strategic contexts, demonstrating the ability to develop projects from concept through execution—including strategic positioning, creative development, audience targeting, communication planning, and delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal-Local Marketing Alignment

Support the identification, location and adaptation of JLL's global marketing materials to local market reality.

Assist in developing implementation strategies that ensure global brand consistency with local relevance.

Help establish cultural and linguistic adaptation protocols for corporate campaigns and content.

Coordinate with JLL's global marketing services to ensure strategic alignment.

Digital Content Support and Communication

Create and manage digital content across multiple platforms and channels.

Develop digital visual narratives that connect audiences with JLL's properties and services. Support content strategies that reinforce brand market positioning.

Assist in multimedia content production, including video scripts and audiovisual productions.

External Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate relationship with external agencies, suppliers and other strategic stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between internal teams, agencies and external partners. Autonomously ensure all external parties meet established quality standards and deadlines. Manage project workflows with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Project Coordination and End-to-End Management

Coordinate complete project lifecycles from initial brief through final delivery, demonstrating autonomy in project management and decision-making. Develop and execute project-specific communication plans for residential developments and corporate initiatives, conceptualizing strategy, messaging, target audience profiles, channel selection and tactical implementation. Oversee production workflows, timelines and quality control across print, digital and multimedia channels. Lead review and approval processes for all communication materials to ensure brand alignment and premium quality standards. Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities while maintaining quality and deadline adherence.

Creative Development and Innovation

Contribute to comprehensive brand stewardship, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communications.

Support the development of innovative communication concepts and visual identities that reinforce JLL's market positioning.

Help implement creative standards that enhance brand recognition and operational efficiency. Monitor design trends and competitive landscape to ensure contemporary, differentiated creative output.

Design and Brand Experiences

Create design assets across corporate communications, events, digital platforms and marketing collateral.

Support the development of visual concepts for presentations, proposals, showrooms and physical brand experiences. Coordinate materials with global marketing services.

Support creative excellence and process standardization within the marketing department.

Required Experience & SkillsProfessional Background:

• Project coordination experience with demonstrated ability to manage marketing and communication projects independently from concept through completion

• Strategic and operational versatility, capable of thinking holistically about project development (concept, positioning, target audience definition, messaging, channel strategy) while executing tactical deliverables

• Proven autonomy in project management, including independent decision-making, stakeholder coordination, timeline management and quality oversight with minimal supervision

• Experience supporting the development of concepts and visual identities for recognized brands

• Demonstrated skills in diverse formats including content and video production as well as integrated campaigns

• Experience supporting brand stewardship with attention to detail and quality standards

• Portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates premium positioning sensibility and end-to-end project thinking

• Experience or strong interest in localization and adaptation of global campaigns for local markets

• Proven competencies in external stakeholder coordination and agency communication

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across simultaneous projects

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, commercial real estate experience preferred

Knowledge and Abilities:

Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills; 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Experience translating business needs/challenges into marketing solutions;

Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity;

Ability to ignite and build strong interpersonal relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization;

Assertive and deadline oriented and business minded;

Comfortable and confident in conducting client presentations; 

Commitment to details and sound sense of graphic design;

Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously; 

Creative, "big picture” thinker;

Budget management skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, After Effects and InDesign;

Experience working with marketing automation tools.
