Marketing supports the operations of all clinical institutes by creating and executing marketing plans, with marketing representatives working closely with stakeholders to develop strategies tailored to each institute’s goals and objectives. The Marketing team at Cleveland Clinic has a stellar reputation for content creation, consistently high engagement scores, and leadership committed to staying ahead of industry developments. As a Marketing Associate, you will develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned areas while analyzing background information, data, and statistics to inform strategic decision-making. In this role, you will manage the execution of various marketing initiatives and assume project management responsibilities to ensure effective and timely delivery.
A caregiver in this position works remotely in NE OH, from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
This position is remote, with one required onsite day per week at CCAC Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Act as a Project Manager for selected programs within assigned areas, supporting activities related to the assessment, development and promotion of new services, programs, and product lines.
Monitor, research and analyze political, legal, and regulatory environment affecting areas of assigned responsibility.
Conduct costing, pricing analysis for existing and proposed services where applicable, and survey competitors' pricing and reimbursement experience.
Interface with appropriate departments and divisions to obtain strategic information critical to marketing tactics.
Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies and direct the implementation of marketing tactics.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing tactics through tracking patient visits, marketing analytics and financial reports.
Provide information to Cleveland Clinic departments and divisions regarding updates to marketing tactics.
When assigned, guide the day-to-day work of Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Specialists, Fellows and interns.
Utilize research, manage the implementation and apply the results to the planning process to develop current marketing strategies.
Participate in the assessment and development of proposed new services that evolve from market research analysis.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field and three years of program development, marketing, and project management
OR High School diploma/GED and eight years of experience
OR Associate’s degree and six years of experience
Time management/organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Experience in project management and marketing
Experience with digital marketing and content production
Healthcare background
Experience in Word, Excel and project management applications such as Workfront
Awareness of Social Media Platforms
Familiarity with Hootsuite or other post scheduling applications
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
In some locations, ability to move up to 15 lbs. .
