Adecco Creative is partnering with a luxury fashion brand in New York to recruit for an Integrated Marketing Associate role. This position will be hybrid and contract and Midtown Manhattan. **Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Manager to join our Marketing team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support across both brand marketing and marketing operations functions, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives and operational excellence across the team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development and execution of seasonal marketing requirements, including briefing, routing, and tracking of creative assets for the North America DTC, Licensing and Global Marketing across owned, earned and paid channels + Coordinate with licensing and global partners on deliverables and approvals in partnership with your manager + Partner with internal teams including PR/Influence & Social, Media, Production, Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Store Ops, Regional Teams and Licensing to ensure alignment and execution + Attend team meetings and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updates + Support and maintain marketing materials and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of assets for licensing and global marketing teams and special projects + Support monthly marketing briefs and go-to-market planning, including documentation and distribution **Qualifications:** + 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operations + Strong organizational strategic and project management skills with attention to detail + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools + Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred + A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment + Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities + Brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge **Pay Details:** $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
