What this opportunity involves: 

JLL is seeking an exceptional Marketing Assistant to join our team onsite in Capalaba. This role will support the Marketing Manager to successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of the centre.

Support the marketing manager to:

Develop and execute annual marketing plans, budgets, and digital/social media strategies; report on campaign performance and demonstrate year-on-year growthManage marketing budget including invoicing, accruals, forecasting, and audit compliancePrepare marketing reports, sales forecasting, and traffic analysis; monitor retailer performance and occupancy costsExecute community engagement plans, manage partnerships/sponsorships, and support retailer marketing initiativesEnsure brand consistency across all platforms; manage website, social media, signage, media relations and PR activitiesMaintain databases and directories; assist centre management team with daily operations, meetings, and training programs

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: 

Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or related field would be beneficial. 

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, AdobSuites, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Wordpress (Basic), DivElementor would be beneficial. 

Background in Marketing. Public Relations or Events
Management would be beneficial. 

Property experience in a retail environment would be beneficial

Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing & brand positioning strategies.

A working knowledge of all traditional, digital and social
media/relationship marketing tools.

A creative problem solver who actively searches out improvement opportunities.

Collaborative with managers, peers, and clients.

Resilient and able to demonstrate composure in dealing with multiple stakeholders. 

Comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
