Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple businesses Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms Prepare company print media and manage suppliers Oversee website content, SEO, and social media presence Lead and mentor marketing staff Develop group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing or related field Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in marketing Proven track record in strategic campaign execution and brand development Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms is advantageous. Exposure to businesses with multiple international operations is an advantage.
