Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting the overall growth of our brand presence. Responsibilities: • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. • Collaborate with the leadership team, to align on content strategies and ensure messaging consistency. • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences. • Support direct marketing efforts by creating impactful campaigns to engage potential clients and stakeholders. • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. • Analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns to identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize content and strategies. Requirements • Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram. • Strong skills in creating and executing email marketing campaigns. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • A proactive approach to staying current with marketing trends and technologies.
