Marketing and Partner Experience Manager, Amazon Community-Based Delivery Initiatives

Our Community-Based Delivery Initiatives allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. Key job responsibilities This individual will own Marketing strategy online and offline in close collaboration with global Marketing teams. Additionally work with local stakeholders to understand the unique needs of the region and translating them into regional campaigns. Daily the individual will be checking on partner acquisition trends, marketing campaign performance, incoming leads, and how the partner experience KPIs are trending. We also anticipate this role to work closely with the Field OTR team who are the execution team of the partner acquisition, partner acquisitions and account management and build action tracker for monitoring progress. The work environment is diverse and may require working with people from different background and language skills, of both French and English languages. Successful candidate not only is able to manipulate these two languages well, but approach this work through truly diverse mindset and is capable of overcoming language/cultural challenges through a strong personal skills. Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Preferred Qualifications - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
