This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team behind two of South Florida’s most exciting and exclusive private clubs—Shell Bay and Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Club. As
Club Communications & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping the brand voice, digital presence, and member communications for both clubs, offering
valuable multi-property experience that’s rare in the private club industry.
This dual-club position offers flexibility to be based at either Shell Bay or Dutchman’s Pipe, with travel between clubs supported and all work-related travel expenses covered. If you're a creative professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values both visual storytelling and high-touch member interaction, this role is designed for you.
Responsibilities
● Marketing & Communications:
○ Create and manage all email campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and
event communications
○ Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across all platforms
○ Develop marketing materials, including digital flyers, presentations, and
promotional assets
○ Design and update signage, menus, and internal club collateral as needed
● Digital & Graphic Design:
○ Update and manage the club websites and mobile applications
○ Ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and optimal user experience
across digital platforms
○ Design compelling visual content for digital and print distribution
(proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools required)
● Social Media Management:
○ Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects
the lifestyle and culture of each club
○ Plan and schedule posts, respond to community engagement, and track
analytics to inform future content
● Membership Support:
○ Assist the Membership Director with administrative tasks and tracking
membership inquiries.
○ Support membership tours, especially during peak season or special
events
○ Help prepare welcome packages, onboarding documents, and manage
CRM entries
● Collaboration & Reporting:
○ Collaborate closely with the Membership, Events, and Operations teams.
○ Provide weekly reports on marketing performance, social engagement, and
communication effectiveness
○ Report directly to the Director of Membership
Experience & Education Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
● 3+ years of marketing and communications experience, ideally in a private club,
hospitality, or luxury lifestyle setting.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
● Experience managing websites and mobile apps (Club platform experience such
as ClubEssential, Jonas, or ForeTees is a plus)
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
● During the season, must be able to work weekends, holidays and/or evenings if
required
● Must be comfortable working across multiple locations with travel as needed
(mileage/travel expenses covered)
