Marketing Analyst TMTT - LATAM - based in São Paulo, Brazil

Role Overview

Support the organization with high-quality analysis of market conditions and provide assistance in processing and collecting data to answer specific questions generated by the marketing team.

This position combines analytical responsibilities with operational marketing support, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.

How you will make an impact:

Collect, validate, and analyze LATAM market and competitive data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and bring actionable market insights to the organization.

Conduct analyses of market and hospital dynamics, gaining an understanding of hospital capacity factors.

Recommend and design reports to assist management with business analysis.

Support ad hoc analysis requests from all members of the marketing team.

Ensure Sales users are trained on Salesforce; contribute to Salesforce.com initiatives and provide guidance to other departments, including Professional Education.

Support the sales forecasting process for all business units in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Collaborate with Global and LATAM Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.

 

Additional Operational Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative agencies and other external vendors.

Manage marketing materials (offline and online), including translation review, branding compliance, regulatory adaptation for each country, printing, inventory control, and website updates.

Manage and optimize the Showpad platform, ensuring sales teams have access to impactful content and using performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Organize internal and external events, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.

Manage and monitor the marketing budget for the region.

 

What you will need

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.

Relevant work experience in Marketing

Experience in healthcare industry, preferably medical devices, is a strong plus.

Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).

 

Skills and Competencies

Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing objectives.

Customer service mindset and ability to resolve complex situations.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives.

Adherence to company rules and requirements (e.g., Environmental Health & Safety, pandemic protocols)

Availability for business travel is required
