Job Description

Join our Marketing Analytics team and help build smarter marketing decisions through the power of data. We’re looking for a curious, analytical problem solver who thrives on uncovering insights from diverse datasets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable value.

Key ResponsibilitiesAggregate, clean, and unify marketing data from various sources like CRM, web analytics, and social media using Databricks.Develop dashboards and reports with data visualization tools to present sophisticated insights clearly.Performance Analysis: Apply data integration tools to process large volumes and a wide variety of marketing performance data. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for optimization with accuracy and visibility.Collaboration: Partner with marketing analysts, data engineers, and product managers to translate business objectives into analytical projects.Data Quality Assurance: Supervise data pipelines for integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensuring high standards of accuracy and reliability in all marketing analytics outputs.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting logic to ensure transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent experience is acceptable.Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing analytics, data analyst, or business intelligence role with a consistent track record of impactful analysis.Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, sophisticated analytics, and collaborative notebook development.Strong SQL skills for query development and data manipulation across large datasets.Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Databricks dashboards) to communicate insights successfully.Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and model development within Databricks.Some knowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and technologies including paid search, display advertising, email, social, SEO, and web analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a dedicated approach to solving business challenges.
