What You'll Do
As a Marketing Intermediate Analyst you will be responsible for supporting Brazil (São Paulo and Rio) local-offices marketing operations including events and CRM management. This position involves managing impactful events and overseeing CRM integrity and organization of data in the system (cleaning, enrichment and updating). This individual will work on multiple projects with tight timelines and must be proactive, extremely organized and very detail oriented.
Events
Own of end-to-end event organization, including planning, development, communication, and executionPartner with key stakeholders to define target audiences, content, format, venue and post event activationsOptimize events by gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback through structured debriefing sessions.Manage relationships with external marketing vendors stablishing high quality services delivery standardsManage event-related processes and tools; ensure proficiency in relevant marketing software (e.g., event management tools).Participate in recurring Global Marketing calls representing Brazil office in best practice sharingEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event success and impactEnsures all legal, compliance, finance, and other required processes efficiently
CRM
Plan, develop, and execute a cohesive CRM strategy aligned with the global and local marketing team’s objectivesManage CRM and integrated BCG productsEnsure the integrity and organization of data in the system (cleaning, enrichment and updating)Ensure governance of CRM processesAct as a focal point with global and local teams, including training and internal supportConnect and collaborate with other business areas that might benefit from CRMCoordinate a junior staff responsible for data entry and updates.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate CRM effectivenessWhat You'll Bring
Proven experience in event management and CRM within B2B companiesStrong understanding of the principles of branding and marketingExceptional written and verbal communication skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to measure the impact of the effortsCreative and innovative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging content and exceptional event experiences for attendeesStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Advanced software/technical skills: MS Office (intermediate Excel), Relational Database and ability to learn software toolsExperience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines Excellent command of English (written and spoken)Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
