Marketing & Administration Coordinator Job ID 244600 Posted 07-Nov-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Marketing Location(s) Parramatta - New South Wales - Australia **Elevate your career with an industry leading global brand** **Pathway into highly sought after business units - genuine career progression** **Join a high-performing, collaborative and supportive team** **Parramatta | Land of the Burramattagal & Dharug people** We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join the Investor Leasing team based in Western Sydney. **About the role** Admin: + Manage the end-to-end administrative processes that support the full property deal lifecycle, including preparing agency agreements, managing trust accounting and fee invoicing - while ensuring full compliance with CBRE policies and relevant legislative requirements. + Provide high quality administrative support to a team of agents, including preparation of general correspondence and reports, managing corporate expense processing, coordinating team meetings and arranging travel as required. + Salesforce – assist with database management, including tracking enquiries, opportunities, and pipelines for financial forecasting. + Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information.
