Marketing Activation Associate (m/f/d)

 

Position

The successful candidate will help create clear, strategic trade education and communication programs that raise awareness and support the sales of our products. He/She will also assist in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and helping key accounts, distributors, and independent retailers achieve commercial success.

 

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Activation Associate, you will…

Help create and manage trade materials for new and existing products across all retail channels Support the development of a consistent and clear tone of voice for retailer communications Assist in training Business Consultants (BCs) and help maintain the BC Toolkit so the sales team is equipped with the right resources to support retailers Contribute to programs that strengthen retailer relationships and build brand advocacy Support the implementation of  a multi-category approach in communications with retailers and through engagement programs

 

Requirements

University business degree or equivalent educational background in Marketing First experience in Marketing or Sales roles, experience in FMCG is a plus Fluent in German & English, good command of French is a plus Knowledge of MS365, SAP/Power are an advantage
