**How will you make an impact on this role?**
As Assistant Manager, Marketing Excellence, you’ll coordinate seamless updates and enable new initiatives across our acquisition channels, ensuring every change is delivered accurately and compliantly. Your proactive collaboration will help ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and customers alike.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Support the coordination and execution of the Multi Channel Checklist process (MCCL) for updates to features, benefits and T&Cs across acquisition channels (“Non-Offer MCCL”):
+ Collaborate with Product, PMO, Compliance and other stakeholders to understand the updates needed and refine the brief.
+ Brief and support Acquisition colleagues across all channels to assess which collateral needs to be updated, and with what changes.
+ Clear communication and proactive support to ensure timely execution of the updates.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all site and marketing changes.
+ Continual enhancement of the Non-Offer MCCL process to improve efficiencies for colleagues across the business.
+ Navigate and drive progress through the governance processes to enable new acquisition initiatives and capabilities.
+ Lead for team’s issue management, control management, and testing execution.
+ Review Customer Complaints, and drive action plans for resolution.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including asset management.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services is an advantage.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with compliance in a marketing contect.
+ Knowledge of marketing channels including media, website and email
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
