Responsible of:
Support the brand image by working with the Engineering areas and the dealership networkCapture emerging field itemsAct as GM interface and dealership network – technical negotiationsSupport the development of technical solutions with Engineering and QualityEnsure communication with the internal areas of the performance of the products in the fieldProblem solving, promoting the correct execution of services by the dealership network;Interact in the global GM community, unifying field solutionsSupport the reduction of warranty costs with the development of practical and innovative solutions; Ensure the performance of service engine execution (recalls)Ensure global processes of problem solving and communication between technical areasRequiriments:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably Engineering.
• Graduate and MBA degrees are desirable.
• Have a driver's license and drive (mandatory)
• Technical knowledge
• Technical knowledge and willingness to work with vehicles
• Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
• Minimum intermediate-advanced English
• Availability to travel
Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in our offices of Santiago, Chile
