Market Strategy & Business Development Manager EMEA
Role Summary
We are seeking a Market Strategy & Business Development Manager to drive growth across existing and new markets in the Consumer Packaging segment. This role will be responsible for defining market strategies, supporting business development initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to accelerate commercial performance across EMEA/APAC.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and implement market strategies for business development and new market opportunities, including category and/or regional focus.
· Develop go-to-market plans, customer targeting strategies, and aligned sales and marketing tactics.
· Shape product and service positioning across Metal and Paper packaging segments.
· Support prospecting activities and contribute to lead generation and business pipeline development where required.
· Organize and manage customer and retailer events to strengthen partnerships and drive commercial impact.
· Actively manage CRM activities in collaboration with Regional Sales teams, ensuring strong pipeline animation and commercial alignment.
· Contribute to opportunity tracking, prioritization, and conversion support.
· Conduct market studies on regional and category trends, customer behavior, and retailer dynamics.
· Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Experience & Background
· Background or education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a commercially driven role.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
· Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Regional teams
· Full proficiency in English required, french is a bonus
