Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Market Service Delivery Specialist, you will ensure effective and cost-efficient service of delivery of tech, infrastructure and production assurance support. Act as Market Support Services’ extended arm on site for technical assistance and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring effective and cost-efficient delivery of H&M Tech Operations covering service support, infrastructure and production assurance. Responsible for following and implementing Tech Operation´s vision, guiding principles and ways of working (ITSM processes, tools, KPIs, roadmap, etc.)Assess service, infrastructure and production assurance needs and support realization of service roadmaps. Oversee and improve procedures for service processes/workflows (e.g., who/what/when/how). Monitor and review service, infrastructure and production assurance deliveries and drive related continuous improvement initiatives.  Be a local point of contact for local stakeholders  Utilize globally procured contracts when needed to meet demand. Support delivery of vendors and globally procured contracts (suppliers, MTPs, locally procured software, etc.) where needed.

​In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with Expansion, Retail tech and Global Network Operations, among others, providing key insights and recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE​

4+ years of experience in IT services/operationsExperience in delivering services with ITIL principlesExperience in managing business-critical IT services in a large enterprise-grade organizationExperience in managing and responding to major incidents and escalations Experience in documenting test plans, test cases and test executionExperience in structuring and operating service- and change governance (e.g. approval boards)

This is a full-time role, based on a local contract in Gądki, Poland. The Market Service Delivery Specialist is part of the Business Tech department and reports to the Market Business Tech Operations Manager.
