​WHAT YOU’LL DO​​

As a Market Service Delivery Specialist, you will ensure the effective and cost-efficient delivery of Global Tech Services deliveries. Your core responsibilities include assessing service needs, managing stakeholders, and overseeing vendor contracts. Your role encompasses managing service delivery, infrastructure operations, and technology change management to meet business expectations and future needs. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to ITSM processes and principles. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are expected to travel to comply with your responsibilities for your assigned markets.​

You will:​

Assess service needs, oversee and improve service processes and workflows (e.g., who/what/when/how).​Monitor service delivery performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.​Serve as the market point of contact and manage stakeholders for Support Services Deliveries.​Manage market-specific vendors, global contracts, and procurement activities in line with H&M policies.​Ensure financial management, invoice follow-up, and coordinate change management communications with involved parties.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​​

As Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll work closely with stores, area offices, support office, Location Support Specialists, Global Operations, Global Market BT Operations, Retail Tech & Operations, and vendors to ensure effective and cost-efficient service delivery and service support delivery of H&M Support Services end-to-end. This role will be reporting to NEA BT Operations Manager.​

WHO YOU ARE​​

We are looking for people with…​ ​

Experience in stakeholder management and ensuring compliance.​Proven ability in strategic planning, execution, and alignment.​Strong knowledge of service delivery and service level management.​Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, and English is required

And people who are…​ ​

Proven experience managing business-critical IT services within large enterprise-grade organizations.​Strong background in managing and responding to major incidents and escalations effectively.​Experience in documenting test plans, test cases, and executing test procedures.
