Job Responsibilities
Understand the goals and needs of project stakeholders, centering on the goals and needs of end-usersSelect and manage research vendors to deliver projects on time and within budgetManage multiple projects and workstreams concurrentlySynthesize research findings and create relevant, revealing, and inspiring reportsPrepare presentation materials for senior managementDeliver recommendations with confidence and consideration for diverse stakeholdersChampion the voice of the customer within the business and across functionsContribute actively to strategy discussionsEscalate project issues and risks appropriately, driving them to resolution by proactively identifying obstacles and solutionsIdentify and document best practices, driving their implementationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) requiredMinimum 4 years of experience in market or consumer researchIndependent and self-motivated, able to create structure and direction out of ambiguityExperience managing projects, project teams, and working with stakeholders and research vendors to achieve shared objectivesStrong communication, interpersonal, and project management skillsAnalytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to understand systems and processesProactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from othersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
