Job Description:
Data and technology are increasingly changing our relationship with customers & consumers, and the way we market, sell and distribute our brands, in an increasingly disruptive Digitisation of Commerce.
Within the new One European Master Data Management Service, the MDM Market Analyst will be responsible for master data creation, maintenance and retirement of one or multiple data elements within the Customer and Product Master Data Domains serving a defined cluster organisation.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure Right-First-Time execution and timeliness in line with local cluster and regional business strategy. Dedicated focus element in this role will be the creation, maintenance, consolidation and syndication of x-segment Product Master Data for Central Europe.
What are we looking for?Completed studies or commercial education in wholesale, retail, industry, logistics or other comparable training,
Experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry or functional expertise in a local sales/demand/supply chain function or project/process management,
Sound degree of master data expertise and a good level of business process understanding,
Good knowledge of SAP (MDG) data maintenance and/or PIM solutions,
Demonstrated capability to work effectively with others/multiple teams in a remote environment,
Language skills: English (good written and oral skills).

Other language skills (e.g. Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Slovakian, Russian, German)
What will be your key responsibilities?Creation and maintenance of item and pack level master data, including the set-up of the relevant bill of materials for market co-pack items (reconfiguration of existing finished goods, e.g. displays, assortment cases, promotional bundles)
Extension of all finished goods in SAP views with the relevant transactional market-related master data
Product Data aggregation: consolidating, preparing and manually enriching material master data records according to the required GS1 target market data models, GS1/GDSN standards and customer requests
Product Data syndication: Synchronous distribution of product data to trade and internal parties across multiple channels, platforms, and marketplaces.
Retirement (deactivation and delisting) of finished goods,
Performing appropriate data quality checks in source and downstream systems, and continuous data cleansing as well as supporting relevant root cause analysis,
Acting as a source of expertise in, and ensuring adherence to, master data-related principles, GS1 standards, defined processes, ways of working and tools,
Supporting with the documentation of general work instructions and unique requirements,
Being an active member of the European master data community, identifying sources of non-value adding business complexity, providing ideas for improvement, and adopting new master data standards in daily procedures.
