Responsible for the overall growth and profitability of businesses within the market. Directs operational and sales activities for funeral homes, cemeteries, flower shops and care centers. Collaborates with funeral, cemetery, care center, and sales managers to improve the overall performance, customer service, growth, and profitability in a manner consistent with Dignity Memorial goals and objectives. Effectively deploy resources (staff, vehicles, facilities and third-party services) in a way that maximizes utilization and efficienciesUtilize all available company resources to create a competitive Dignity Memorial brand advantage in the marketplaceUnderstanding supporting and implementing of all revenue enhancement activities covering areas of funeral and cemetery prearranged sales and at-need salesCreating an environment that promotes Teamwork, Accountability and ExecutionMonitoring and assisting local managers in completion of approved capital improvement projectsCemetery collection rate 80% or moreMarket Leadership

Education
Bachelors’ degree in sales, marketing, or business administration preferredExperience
At least five (5) years business operations, development, and sales growth management experience successfully leading sales and operational staff to accomplish profit goals and effectively manage expenses.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
