As a Market Manager you will oversee a market of up to $9M in business, ensuring sale goals and expense budgets are achieved. You will develop and lead a team of Field Operations Managers and Service Specialists who provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retail stores, food and beverage plants, schools, nursing homes, and other commercial establishments. Within the team, you will be responsible for developing strategy for the growth of the market, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing a talent pipeline to produce strong talent within the market and region.

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and Ecolab experience3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industryPosition requires the ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local lawPosition requires a current and valid Driver’s LicenseEcolab conducts a background check on all candidates who receive a job offerDue to federal contract requirements, this Pest Elimination position requires a drug test including THC for all candidates who receive a job offerImmigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
