SE Market Leader Position Overview
World’s Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging World’s unique niche. While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you also are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. Primary Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of insurance solutions to new and existing clients throughout the Florida regionLead the Florida Market team of revenue producing Client Advisors and local customer service colleagues to grow the business by delighting our clients Work with World's leadership team to continuously grow and develop our offerings to new and existing clients in the region - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovationIdentify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accountsUtilize World's broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners. At World, you will have access to resources to help any client solve any challenge, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services. 
QualificationsMinimum 10 years industry experience in risk management and insurance brokerage, underwriting, and carrier relationship management role; or in combinationLead through empowerment, engagement, collaboration, feedback, and buy-in from othersCollaborate with Practice Leaders, Division Leaders, Division Growth & Service Leaders to ensure Broking objectives are in accordance with World corporate objectivesMinimum 5 years in leadership role with high-performing, successful teams, including goal setting and associate performance review responsibilitiesMust have an understanding of the entire World platform  (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)Committed to working in a shared leadership environment and among cross-functional teams and promoting World values of collaboration, excellence, leadership, innovation, and integrity

Forms of Compensation:
As a World Insurance Market Leader, your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance.  We offer a generous base salary plus bonus potential as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.  The base salary depends on your experience.
