PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Market Intelligence Specialist conducts focused market research and analysis, delivering in-depth insights to support BV's strategic decision-making. This role specializes in gathering and interpreting complex data, leading specific research projects, and collaborating across teams to align findings with organizational goals. The Specialist contributes to the team's success by applying specialized research methodologies.
The MI specialist performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Long Description 2MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs the analyses independently - the coordinator mostly sees the final deliverable. Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and/or emails of research findings for internal stakeholders. Analyze and synthesize the data based on project's plans, key players, timeline and the scale. Collaborate with BU leader and BD leader to align research objectives with organizational goals and strategy. Attend project's./opportunities calls, virtual meetings, virtual webinars and prepare meeting minutes. Collaborate with senior market analysts to share market and Bureau Veritas specific knowledge. Store, manage and organize the data in SharePoint. Attend weekly meetings with BU leader and BD leader in US EST time-zone (estimated to be once in a week). Identify competitors with the help of BD leader and prepare monthly reports /emails on their market trends. Long Description 3CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (KPIS):

Graduation - Bachelors in (Civil) Engineering, Post graduation - Masters in (Civil) Engineering Expert level computer skills (Excel, Power Point, database management) In-depth knowledge of specific Bureau Veritas markets and services and also the specific types of analyses 4-5 years prior experience in market research or reporting Country specific and strong oral and written English language skills
