You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** We offer you a position as a Market Intelligence & Innovations Principal, where you will demonstrate innovation in every aspect within the Strategic Marketing Operation (SMO) team, breaking boundaries and driving differentiated service levels. The position requires combining your project management and agile skills with a transformation know-how to deliver best in class tools, applications and simplified processes to meet our strategic marketing operational business objectives. As a recognized expert, managing large projects or processes, you represent Strategic Marketing Operation (SMO) as a primary contact/collaborator for specific projects and initiatives to ensure that the direction for new processes, standards, business models and business strategy are well defined and deliver significant impact to the entire organization. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to identify, develop and manage projects for key business processes + Participate in the Strategic Marketing Excellence (SME) agile portfolio strategy development and regular update, taking lead in the parts assigned to you from the entire process + Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between SMO project management and other teams + Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports + Manage the project from initiation through delivery, including training, change management, adoption and maintenance. + Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and our partners’ satisfaction goals and objectives + Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and functional leads and constantly be ready to enhance and upgrade your project/knowledge by demonstrating high learning and adaptive agility **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in related fields. + 5-7+ years of relevant commercial /marketing and strategy experience including involvement in digital transformation initiatives + Experience in management consultancy or a similar area which requires defining the root cause, finding solution, conveying the idea and knowledge to stakeholders and resulting the project aligned with defined timelines, budget and quality as well as proven skills in financial analysis and forecasting. + Broad knowledge of project management with complex and multiple stakeholder involvement on different levels in a highly dynamic environment. + Visionary and start-up mindset + Proven ability to work in and motivate cross-functional teams + Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and medical device industry as well as an ability to understand healthcare, medical devices and commercialization approach and stakeholder dynamics + High level of skills using Excel/Power Point + Excellent presentation skills Project Management is a very important part of this position.
