Context
To deliver our performance ambition, we need to become the best market insights information provider that enables Marketing and Sales teams to accurately track their performance and provide and holistic perspective on what is happening in the market and on time communicate any change in consumer trends.
Purpose of Position
Role is responsible for processing, consolidating, analysing and delivering data sets that enable the company to make timely, impactful, and efficient decisions, assuring the on time, accuracy and consistency of the information. This role involves working closely with D&T teams and external data providers. Assisting in developing and creating comprehensive reports and data visualization that democratises the information to have a single source of truth.
Market / Function Complexity
Data Collection & Management:Gather large volumes of data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy.Maintain high standards of data integrity across all platforms.Data Mining & Analysis:Identify trends, patterns or correlations within datasets that support business objectives.Reporting & Visualization:Support in monthly data reporting.Support in developing data visualizations and optimizations, with dashboards.Continuous ImprovementOpportunities improving processes involved in data consolidation.Leadership Responsibilities
Proactively diagnose issues proposing effective solutions when neededCollaborate closely with internal and external data partners.Fostering collaborative work environmentStay curious about external benchmarks/trends impacting analytics practices ensuring continuous improvementQualifications and Experience Required
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or related fieldAdvanced English desired (90%)Proven experience as data scientist or analytics rolesIndustry experience is an advantageAdvanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Nielsen Discovery platform desirable.High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reportingAnalytical and organizational skills.Able to prioritize and give close follow up, to deliver in date.Flexible Working Statement:
