Market Director Environmental Services-Central Coast

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Marketing Director, Environmental Services, you will be a central figure developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the profile and perceived value of our environmental services. You will play a vital role in showcasing our commitment to sustainability, cleanliness, and the integral impact of these services.

Every day, you will expertly craft compelling messaging and campaigns highlighting the efficiency, innovation, and environmental impact of our services across digital and traditional channels. You will also collaborate extensively with internal and external partners to identify communication opportunities, manage brand-consistent content, and report on marketing effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you will combine extensive experience in marketing strategy, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of environmental services or sustainability initiatives. You will demonstrate a creative mindset, a proactive approach to branding, and thrive in a dynamic environment dedicated to transforming perceptions and driving appreciation for essential support services.

Creates and Implements EVS strategic plan for the Market and EVS department’s in alignment with overall organizational plan.Within the Market Hardwires EVS departmental mission and vision statement: Educate our People, Quality Service, Understanding Deliverables, Integrity in Serving Others, Pursue Excellence (EQUIP), objectives, scope of services and KPI targets.Formulates in collaboration with finance, local Leadership, EVS Division Director, and productivity EVS budget and capital needs.Monitoring/validation of EVS Dashboard to include, but; not limited to key performance indicator initiatives (Finance/Stewardship, Quality/Safety/Efficiency, Patient Experience and Employee Engagement).In collaboration with multidisciplinary team, develops/initiates comprehensive waste management program to include, but not limited to goals, operation requirements, reporting procedures, manifests and documentation for all forms of waste. Must be in alignment with state and federal regulations.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, standards and professional standards related to work space design, labor, transport, and maintenance and operations of environmental services.
Job Requirements

Required

5 years in Environmental Services and/or hospital related services.


Preferred

Bachelors Other and 7 years in Director or manager level experience, particularly for management of staff. Certified Healthcare Environmental Services TechWhere You'll Work
