Join our team as a Go-to-Market Coordinator and play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge interventional ultrasound solutions to market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies that enable the successful launch and commercialization of new products.

This is a hybrid position in our Palo Alto, CA or Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role: 

Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market activities for interventional ultrasound products, ensuring alignment between strategic marketing, product management, sales, and other key departments.Develop and manage detailed project timelines for product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of marketing materials, sales training, and launch content that align with the overall go-to-market strategy.Serve as the central point of contact for go-to-market activities, tracking progress, communicating updates, and ensuring teams are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation strategies in coordination with the strategic marketing team.Support the implementation of product launch plans, including market research, customer segmentation, and tactical execution across global markets.Monitor key performance metrics for product launches and campaigns, reporting on outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your Expertise: 

Launch Planning & Coordination: Lead the coordination of product launch activities, ensuring that marketing, sales, and product teams are aligned and prepared for successful product introductions.Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all go-to-market tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure go-to-market efforts are integrated and support business objectives.Market Analysis: Assist in gathering and organizing competitive and market research to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Performance Tracking: Monitor launch KPIs and provide post-launch performance analysis to optimize future go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles in the medical device or healthcare industry.Familiarity with product launches and go-to-market strategies, particularly within the medical device or healthcare sector, is highly desirable.Experience in interventional radiology, ultrasound, or other healthcare technologies is a plus.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track performance and manage timelines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity in a dynamic market environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Experience supporting global product launches and managing go-to-market activities across multiple regions.Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $133,900 - Max $200,900

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
