As our company’s senior sales education and operations specialist, you will primarily be responsible for the following functions:

Sales Training and Education

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and lead our global sales training strategy, implement and deliver motivating sales training programs, and measure the impact to enable continuous improvement.

Work closely with regional business development directors to constantly understand the gaps and needs of the organizationLead the development of the annual sales education planDefine the objectives and agendas for specific online and in-person training initiativesManage all aspects (concept to implementation) of a wide range of programs: product-related onboarding for new sales specialists, comprehensive portfolio trainings, topic-specific sessions, annual sales education meetings, and expert-level sales workshopsOrganize all aspects of each event (venue selection, event planning, catering, related teambuilding activities, communications, support materials, setup, etc.)Support product launches by creating forums that enable the global sales team to understand and differentiate our new offeringsDefine and administer an annual budget; manage an array of external vendors (graphic design, event management, multimedia production, etc.)Liaise with corporate-level teams to keep abreast of new sales enablement projects and initiatives and ensure our molecular imaging business is appropriately engaged and represented; incorporate existing platforms and resources into our molecular imaging programs where feasible to ensure consistency and efficiencyBe on-site to manage in-person event

Customer Fellowship Training:

Help coordinate clinical and educational activities of customers seeking to gain in-person training in a peer-to-peer settingLiaise with internal country organizations (hosting and requesting) to set up trainings, including but not limited to logistics, scheduling, hotel recommendations, defining customer training needs, requesting documentation, assisting with invitation letters, payment processing, etc.Work closely with customer host sites to establish individual training plans that align with the needs of visiting customersOngoing evaluation of new customer host sites in order to ensure that an appropriate level of host sites around the world is in place to meet anticipate training requestsAs needed, be onsite to support the start of the fellowship

Sales Operations

Assess the sales pipeline, performance, market conditions, and engagement to generate and maintain sales dashboards and performance analyses. Share key insights with internal stakeholders to help focus our sales efforts, increase effectiveness, and define the sales strategy.Generate and present reports as directed by the head of salesAct as a liaison between regional sales teams and cross-functional departments in order to execute global sales activitiesLead the development of objectives and agendas for periodic business management meetings; assist in the organization and execution of virtual and in-person meetings

Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or healthcare field7+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environmentExperience working within a sales operations/sales analysis-related positionExperience delivering training in both classroom and virtual environmentsAbility to plan and facilitate meetingsDemonstrated knowledge of healthcare market, customers, and trendsAbility to manage projects from concept to completionSuccess in consulting with sales leadership on issues, gaps and needs, developing strategic solutions to advance training and development at the sales representative, leadership, and/or corporate levelsAwareness of sales management and sales training best practices and the desire to stay abreast of new concepts and toolsStrong strategic and analytical thinkingHigh adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, and changeHighly developed training, presentation, and written communication skillsSelf-starter with strong intrinsic motivation and initiativeStrong reporting and dashboard creation skillsGood Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsInterest and ability to travel globally (appx. 10-15%)

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $114,400 - Max $171,600

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
