Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead and develop a marketing analytics function while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive data‑driven marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a higher‑level candidate with prior people‑management experience and a strong background in marketing performance, analytics, and insights. This individual will manage a team of analysts, translate marketing data into actionable insights, and help guide strategic decision‑making across campaigns, channels, and budget allocations. This is an on‑site role based near the Mansfield, OH area.
ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing analysts.Set priorities, assign work, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of insights.Act as a player‑coach—remaining hands‑on with analysis while guiding the team.Partner with senior leadership to align analytics priorities with business goals.Own marketing performance measurement across channels (digital, email, paid media, brand, etc.).Analyze campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer engagement, and funnel performance.Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for executives and stakeholders.Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic marketing decisions.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.Establish and maintain KPIs, reporting standards, and data governance practices.Support forecasting, budget planning, and optimization initiatives.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting tools.Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to influence strategy.Support vendor or agency performance analysis as needed.Present insights and recommendations to leadership with confidence and clarity.Essential SkillsProven experience managing or leading a marketing analytics or insights team.Strong background in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and reporting.Experience supporting leadership‑level decision making with data.Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/dashboarding tools.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Ability to work on‑site and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience at the senior Manager or Director level (or acting in that capacity).background in both strategic and hands‑on analytics work.Experience working with budgets, forecasting, or ROI analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field.People leadership and coaching ability — comfortable developing junior team members.Strategic thinking with execution discipline — can move fluidly from planning to doing.Strong project management skills — juggling timelines, vendors, and campaigns effectively.Brand stewardship mindset — understands how brand consistency drives trust and results.Data‑informed decision making — uses analytics to course‑correct and optimize performance.Clear executive communication — presents insights and recommendations with confidence.Adaptability and flexibility — comfortable traveling between locations and shifting priorities.High ownership mentality — treats the marketing function as their own.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
