Job Description & Summary

We are growing our Sales, Activation and Solutioning Function for Managed Services and are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the implementation of our Market Activation strategy. The primary objective of this role is to drive a consistently aligned set of activities and processes for pipeline management, performance monitoring and reporting, and market research and analysis. This role will report into the Market Activation Lead.

In addition to Market Activation efforts, this role will also support broader PMO related activities and the Strategy and Governance Lead with ad-hoc requests.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders, is highly adaptable to changing requirements and a fluid role, and who has strong project management capability

This role will report into the Market Activation Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Support in taking Managed Services to our priority accounts where we are developing an active pipeline of opportunities and tailoring our value proposition to show how a PwC Managed Service can add value 

Support in activating a priority set of propositions and differentiated offerings with the respective LoS Partner Leads, and building demand against these in order to deliver on our $500m ambition.  

Conduct market research to understand market needs and trends, and the competitive landscape to inform new service offering/ proposition development.  

Monitor and report on performance against set KPIs, working directly with internal stakeholders to collect and validate monthly revenue.  

Track and report the Managed Services opportunity pipeline to enable accurate revenue forecasting, facilitate technology and solutioning support and gain early sight of resource requirements and investments.  

Drive strategy/ approach for the proactive identification of MS opportunities, leveraging support from Sales, Clients & Markets and the business/ LoS. 

Work closely with the MS Marketing team to ensure consistent go-to-market messaging and materials, awareness campaigns and regular maintenance of the microsite and external website.  

Prepare high quality reports and materials for weekly management updates, monthly leadership updates, quarterly MELT updates and other ad-hoc meetings.

Drive consistent messages across the MS community through a regular cadence of high quality internal communications (monthly newsletter, key changes, etc.)

Expected Skills: 

General consulting and business skills.  

Strong project management and organizational skills. 

Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create data visualizations, and make informed decisions.

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification: 

Bachelor’s Degree 

Minimum years experience required

2-3 years in a professional services/ consulting environment
