Market Access Team Assistant/Coordinator

Right now we are looking for Coordinator for Market Access department – critical business function with responsibilities such as supporting reimbursement processes, arranging agreements and necessary formal approvals, etc. Serves as administrative link between field based Access Team and Office.

You will be responsible for:

Coordination of agreements with HTA and PR agencies,Processing necessary formal approvals (Veeva) for Market Access projectsProviding support connected with ongoing reimbursement processes in applicable systems (SOLR) and documentation managementSupporting Department Head in calendar planning and expense reconciliationsClose day to day cooperation with all  Market Access Team members, incl. administrative support for approvals and agreementsCollaboration with other teams (esp. Medical, Finance, Marketing) to ensure project execution and administration

You are required to:

Have the minimum of 2 years of experience on similar position preferably in innovative, pharmaceutical companyHave strong communication skills for internal networking and external communication with vendors and stakeholdersPresent high ethical standards and valuesBe fluent in written and spoken English (C1 minimum)Be well-organized, a reliable time manager and deliver to deadlines
