About the Role

We are looking for a Market Access / Product Specialist to bridge the gap between business, regulation, and product development. This is a unique hybrid role combining product thinking with strong analytical and domain expertise in market access, pricing, or healthcare-related environments.

You will play a key role in translating complex regulations and methodologies into product requirements, ensuring our solutions remain compliant, accurate, and valuable to clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate market access regulations, methodologies, and business needs into clear product specificationsCollaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutionsAnalyze complex datasets and market trends to support product development and enhancementsEnsure data accuracy, product quality, and regulatory complianceGather and synthesize client and stakeholder feedback to improve product performanceSupport the creation of new features and product ideas, balancing feasibility and business impactAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and resolving queriesProvide client support and subject matter expertise when needed

Required Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Law, or related field)Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, methodologies, and structured informationExperience in one of the following areas:Market access / pricing / reimbursementProduct management or product supportBusiness analysis / consulting / market researchExcellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail (critical for specifications)Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirementsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience working in cross-functional environmentsAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Nice to HaveKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry, healthcare systems, or regulatory frameworksExposure to product development or working with engineering teamsExperience in consulting or analytical rolesBasic understanding of data tools or technical environments
