**What You Can Expect**
As a Market Access (Senior) Manager (m/w) you lead strategic reimbursement and access initiatives for Zimmer Biomet products in France.
The role involves engaging with national and regional stakeholders (e.g., HAS, CEPS), preparing pricing and reimbursement dossiers, and ensuring alignment with internal cross-functional teams including commercial, pricing, clinical, regulatory, government affairs, health economics and regional market access. It balances operational oversight with strategic decision-making and is crucial in shaping the overall market access approach in France.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Develop and lead the French market access strategy for new and existing products.
+ Develop and submit dossiers to secure or update inclusion in LPPR (Listes des Produits et Prestations Remboursables).
+ Prepare and submit reimbursement and pricing dossiers (e.g. CEPS negotiations).
+ Lead HTA submissions and manage interactions with French health authorities (HAS, CEPS, CNEDiMTS, etc.).
+ Monitor and analyse the evolving healthcare policy environment and assess its impact on access and pricing strategies.
+ Engage with external stakeholders including payers, policymakers, KOLs to shape access pathways.
+ Support field-based teams in regional access and hospital listing efforts (if applicable).
+ Represent the company in relevant industry associations and working groups (e.g. SNITEM).
+ Provide strategic input into product lifecycle management from an access perspective.
**What Makes You Stand Out**
You have a strong understanding and proven experience of French HTA process and payer negotiation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail enable you to translate complex clinical data into compelling value propositions. You are capable of working autonomously while demonstrating excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills. Furthermore, you exhibit strong strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
**Your Background**
You hold a postgraduate degree and have 8+ years of experience working with healthcare payers, in a medtech or pharmaceutical environment, or within consultancy.
You possess a deep understanding of the French healthcare funding and policy landscape. Additionally, you have proven experience with French dossier submissions to HAS/CEPS.
You are professionally fluent in both French and English.
