**Job Description:**
The purpose of this role is to drive market access strategies, optimize the affordability and accessibility of our products in a timely and sustainable manner for patients in HK and Macau. This role is also to implement policy shaping initiatives to create a favorable environment for access.
• Develop and implement market access strategies and tactics to maximize access to our products.
• Develop and optimize value proposition for our products, devise pricing strategy and provide advice on pricing to Business Units.
• Lead and drive drug formulary listing of our products.
• Utilize health economic data, outcome research data and clinical evidence where necessary.
• Provide advice on product registration submissions from market access perspective.
• Build strong, sustainable, and strategic relationships with healthcare related government bodies, health agents, patient advocacy groups, and NGOs etc. who may have influential power to market access.
• Monitor for market access relevant market dynamics, competitive landscape and policy environment to inform market access strategies and tactics.
• Maintain collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders to deliver timely market access for our products.
• Manages budget and oversight of vendor activities.
• Maintain workflows and trackers to uphold operation excellence.
• Collaborate with HCC, Legal and Privacy teams to provide solutions surrounding legal liability and compliance with government, HCPs and patients.
• Comply with integrity and company compliance standards.
Minimum Qualification
• University / bachelor’s degree or above
• 2+ years of Market Access or Marketing experience in the healthcare sector. Less experience will
be considered for the Manager role, and more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager role.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Other requirements
• Good understanding of local healthcare environment, drug formulary listing processes.
• Knowledge of health economics, market & outcome research, regulatory environment and public health are an advantage.
