What you can look forward to as Team Lead Marine Service:

Lead, coach, and manage the engineering team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service outcomes. Provide on-site technical support at shipyards, vessels, and workshops, including regular offshore and overseas assignments. Conduct inspections, testing, and technical assessment of ZF thrusters, gearboxes, and pleasure craft products. Provide technical guidance and work closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure accurate planning and timely execution of service activities. Develop technical solutions and supervise subcontractors to meet project objectives while maintaining ZF quality and safety standards. Prepare clear, accurate, and acknowledged service reports and documentation upon completion of each assignment. Manage project costs, schedules, and technical deliverables effectively to achieve service targets. Ensure strict adherence to ZF compliance policies, maintaining transparency with management and customers in all technical and commercial matters. Perform hands-on work in challenging environments, including engine rooms involving mechanical and hydraulic systems.

 

Your Profile as Team Lead Marine Service：

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of hands-on technical experience, preferably in marine, mechanical, or control systems environments. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, for technical documentation and reporting. Independent, resourceful, and decisive, with the ability to lead complex technical problem-solving efforts. Physically fit and willing to travel offshore and overseas at short notice to support operational needs. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
