**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Marine Riggers** for projects located in and around **Savannah, GA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $32/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Marine Rigger and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform sailboat rigging, installation, and maintenance tasks using hand tools and specialized equipment. + Operate hoisting or crane equipment as needed to lift sails, masts, or rigging components. + Work safely aloft, ascending and descending ladders or rigging structures. + Assist in sailing operations and vessel preparation, as required. + Ensure familiarity with boat systems, nomenclature, and safety protocols. + Adapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship. + Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and readiness for use. **Requirements:** + Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools. + Comfortable working aloft and climbing ladders. + Knowledge of boats, marine systems, and related terminology. + Ability to work in all weather conditions. + Sailing experience preferred. + Previous sailboat rigging experience preferred. + Hoisting/Crane Operator experience preferred. + ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications a plus. **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
